- ‘Incrediball’®: deciduous shrub 4’-5’ tall and wide, blooming white on new wood; improved version of ‘Annabelle’ with much larger flowers; located at Teledyne Terrace
- ’Invincibelle® Spirit’: improved ‘Annabelle’ with pink mopheads; located in the Loretta Purdy Spencer Volunteer Tribute Garden and the Garden of Hope

Coneflower Collection – planted throughout the Garden (“must-see” new selections in Four Seasons Garden and Annual Garden)
- Echinacea purpurea: coarse, rough-hairy, herbaceous perennial native to moist prairies, meadows and open woods of the central to southeastern United States; typically grows to 2-4′ tall; showy, daisy-like, purple flowers (to 5″ diameter) bloom throughout the summer atop stiff stems clad with coarse, ovate to broad-lanceolate, dark green leaves. The garden has added new selections with interesting flower forms and colors including ’PowWow® Wild Berry’ (rosy-purple), Cone-fections™ ‘Butterfly Kisses’ (double pink) ‘Raspberry Truffle’ (coral pink), Double Scoop™ ‘Cranberry’ and ‘Kim’s Knee High.’
Hybrids: 2013 AAS Flower Award Winner ‘Cheyenne Spirit’ – this stunning first-year flowering Echinacea captures the spirit of the North American plains by producing a delightful mix of flower colors from rich purple, pink, red and orange tones to lighter yellows, creams and white; it is the first of its kind offered from seed.
