Donation Requests  

To further support the community, the Huntsville Botanical Garden is pleased to donate a limited number of memberships each year to qualified nonprofit organizations. Monetary gifts, gardening supplies, plants, or gift shop items cannot be donated. 

Please be aware the Garden receives many more applications each year than we are able to fulfill. To apply, please take the eligibility test below. 

TAKE THE ELIGIBILITY QUIZ 

1. Is my organization located in Madison, Jackson, Limestone, Morgan, or Marshall Counties in Alabama or Lincoln County in Tennessee?  
2. Is my organization a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit OR a school (not including colleges or universities) OR an associated PTA? 
3. Is my event four or more weeks away? 

If you answered NO to any of the questions above, you are not eligible to apply. If you answered YES to all of the above questions, continue below. 

1. Is the requested donation for a specific individual or family? 
2. Is the requested donation to be used for employee gifts or incentives? 
3. Has my organization received a donation from the Huntsville Botanical Garden in the past 12 months? 

If you answered NO to all of these last three questions, you are eligible to apply. If you answered YES to any of these last three questions, you are not eligible to apply. 

HOW TO APPLY 

Donation requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event in order to be considered. Responses to requests will be made as quickly as possible, but please, no phone calls or emails. If you do not receive a response within 2 weeks, it is likely that your request cannot be honored this year, and the Garden welcomes you to try again next year. Thank you for your understanding.  

Those organizations selected to receive membership donations are responsible for ensuring the intended recipient(s) has instructions on how to redeem the membership.
