Now it is your turn to have fun and learn a little at our wine education. Join Fred Wright from United Brothers Distributing for a learning event regarding the total sensory experience of wine tasting. You’ll sample an assortment of wines complimented with a variety of small cheese. Fred will also teach you the lesser known facts of wine making.
Bordeaux, Cru, Rouge, Chateau, Sec, Fining and other wine terminology will all be explained in an easy to understand, fun way to taste and experience wines.
The cost for this fun evening is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. Young professionals are encouraged to attend the 7:30 time slot. Reservations are required and can be made at www.hsvbg.org or by calling (256) 430-3572 ext. 241.
