Summer is a special time for fun! At the Garden, that means Wings, Warts and Wonder. The Garden pops with color and surprises lurk around every corner. The nation’s largest seasonal butterfly house and a unique Children’s Garden provide hours of entertainment and education.

Wednesdays in June and July from 12-2 p.m.
Every Wednesday is going to get a little Wacky at the Garden again this summer! Stop by the Children’s Garden to see what all the fun is about with an activity for kids each Wednesday while supplies last.
June:
2: Spring bird craft
9: Wizard of Oz craft
16: Father’s Day card
23: Fuzzy bookmark (and Barnes & Noble storytellers)
30: 4th of July craft
July:
7: Decorate flip flops (bring your own plain new
colored or white rubber flip flops)
14: Make a bouquet for Mom
21: Craft surprise
28: Make your own tie-dyed shirt, bring your own
white t-shirt

Get a little Wacky at the Garden again this summer! Stop by the Children’s Garden each Wednesday in June and July to see what all the fun is about. Arrive anytime between 12 pm and 2 pm to receive your planned activity and instructions, while supplies last. The craft or activity will take no more than a half-hour. Kids between ages 3 and 9 are perfect for these activities, though kids of any age are welcome to try the activity. Younger children may need help from parents.
June 30: 4th of July craft
