Scientists in the Garden

Welcome to Huntsville Botanical Garden’s Scientists in the Garden, a family friendly activity sponsored by the education department! Looking for something educational, fun and interactive to do on Sunday afternoons?  Visit the Garden between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on April 8, 15, 22, 29 and May 6, where scientists of all ages, including undergraduates, graduate students, professionals and academic researchers will offer their expert knowledge to the public!

Through this program, we aim to provide opportunities for both scientists and the public to learn new skills and understanding about science, ultimately creating connections and awareness of our knowledgeable community members.

Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science. – Edwin Powell Hubble (1889-1953)
