Celebrating Conservation and E.O. Wilson
Edward Osborne Wilson (E.O.) was born on June 10, 1929 in Birmingham, AL. He was a well-known biologist, naturalist, ecologist, and entomologist that shared his love of the natural world through his conservation efforts and literary contributions. This month we celebrate his accomplishments with his books that are a mix of fiction and non-fiction. We are excited to have Bill Finch, Founding Director of The Paint Rock Forest Research Center share about his experiences working with E.O. Wilson himself.
There is only one session for May.
Books:
- Anthill: A Novel by E.O. Wilson
- Tales from the Ant World by Edward O. Wilson
- Letters to a Young Scientist by Edward O. Wilson
