Join us for a hands-on flower pressing class that blends art, nature, and history! In this creative workshop, you’ll learn the delicate craft of preserving flowers through traditional and modern pressing methods. We’ll begin with a brief look into the history of flower pressing and floriography.
You’ll then join us for a walk in the garden to collect flowers and foliage to preserve. We will walk you through the technique for pressing flowers using your own personal wooden herbarium press provided to you in the class.
All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary. Come celebrate the beauty of nature in a lasting way!

Start by learning the art of pressing flowers, then return to create a stunning framed piece you’ll treasure for years to come.
In the Flower Pressing Project Workshop, you’ll learn how to safely remove your pressed flowers and transform them into beautiful keepsakes. All materials are provided to create an elegant 8×10 floating glass frame art piece and a coordinating bookmark. Feel free to bring stickers, photos, or magazine clippings to personalize your design and make it uniquely yours.
