Celebrate the magic of fall at Little Monsters Mash, a festive daytime Halloween celebration designed especially for young children and the grown-ups who love making memories with them.
Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy a morning filled with trick-or-treating, hands-on activities, music, games, and seasonal fun throughout the Garden. From decorating pumpkins and showing off your costume to dancing with a live DJ and exploring the Scarecrow Trail, there’s something around every corner to delight little monsters of all ages.
Whether you’re starting a new family tradition, meeting up with friends, or simply looking for a fun fall outing, Little Monsters Mash is the perfect way to celebrate the season together.
Event Highlights
- Trick-or-Treat Trail: Follow a festive route through the Garden featuring the Scarecrow Trail and plenty of sweet treats along the way.
- Costume Contests: Show off your Halloween spirit and compete for fun prizes!

12:00 PM – Best Family Group Costume
12:45 PM – Best Character Costume - Inflatables & Lawn Games: Burn off some energy with family-friendly inflatables and classic outdoor games.
- Face Painting & Balloon Twisting: Transform into your favorite character with complimentary face painting and take home a whimsical balloon creation.
- Pumpkin Decorating: Decorate your own no-carve pumpkin to take home as a festive keepsake.
- Harvest Photo Stops: Snap the perfect fall family photo among festive seasonal displays throughout the Garden.
- Music & Dancing: Enjoy upbeat family favorites from a live DJ and dance the day away.
- Seasonal Treats: A variety of concessions, seasonal snacks, and family-friendly food will be available for purchase.
