In this four-week virtual course, bestselling author and professional horticulturist Brie Arthur will share her knowledge on foodscaping, the practice of integrating food crops into your ornamental landscape. Brie encourages everyone to think outside the box when it comes to how a landscape is designed and managed. Combining details from both of her books, Brie will cover a variety of topics, including the basics of foodscaping, ideal plant combinations, growing food in containers, and even how to keep animals away from your plants! From soil science to practical how-to’s, this informative virtual class series will help you get outside and start a successful foodscape of your own.
About the Virtual Classroom: This class series will take place in the comfort of your home via Zoom Webinar. Zoom Webinar has no additional cost and is very easy to use. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. Prior to the first class, you will receive an email outlining what to expect from a virtual class using Zoom Webinar. You will have everything you need to feel comfortable prior to the class beginning!
