About the Instructor:
As the Director of Horticulture at the Huntsville Botanical Garden, Tracy Wallace provides leadership for plant propagation operations, ornamental gardens, and natural areas. Tracy’s extensive experience in landscape and nursery management began at her family-owned and -operated 50-acre plant nursery, which ignited her passion and led her to obtain a B.S. degree in Horticulture with honors from the University of Arkansas. She further expanded her expertise while delighting guests at world-class resorts at Universal Studios Orlando and Callaway Gardens in Georgia. Tracy believes the scientific and artistic elements of horticulture are a fundamental part of the garden experience for connecting people to plants.
