Holiday Table Garlands Class
December 16, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Add natural beauty to your holiday display with handcrafted garlands by using fresh greenery such as cypress, arborvitae and magnolia. In this class, you’ll learn the steps to turn unassuming branches and foliage into beautiful pieces of festive cheer. In this hands-on class, your instructor, Rebecca Turk, will cover key trees and shrubs to grow as well as how to make an six foot table garland using those plants. Each class attendee will make their own 6’ table garden from materials harvested from the Garden. Once completed, your beautiful creation will go home with you to decorate your home for the holidays! Capacity is limited to reserve your spot today!
All materials are provided for this class except pruners so please bring a pair with you. If you would like to wear gloves, please bring a set of those as well. Each class attendee will go home with a 6-foot table garland.
This class will take place in person at the Huntsville Botanical Garden. Location information will be provided via email the week of the program.
