Member Exclusive: Mistletoe Class

Mistletoe: the plant of myth and mystery! How does it get way up in the highest oak trees and how does it survive? From ancient myths to modern applications, this program will explore mistletoe's culture and ecology, as well as a host of interesting tidbits about this festive plant. There’s more to mistletoe than kissing!

This class will take place in Murray Hall at the Garden. The program is limited to the first 20 registrants, so reserve your seat today!

About Cookie Kruvand:

Cookie Kruvand has a degree in education from the University of Kansas. She moved to Huntsville in 1997, became a Master Gardener in 1999, and now serves on the Master Gardener Speakers Bureau. She's a member of the Hosta Society, Native Plant Society, and Herb Society, and she served as a volunteer in the Garden's Herb Garden for 20 years.  Her home is a NWF Certified Wildlife Habitat.
