Spring Break Camp
For children 6 to 13 years old
Rising Kindergarten through 6^th Grade

Your child can come all week or you can pick your days. Each day will have its own theme and set of activities that tie into our Nature Connects 2 exhibit pieces. Campers will learn about different types of living organisms that make up the building blocks of a natural habitat.  Each day will include indoor and outdoor activities along with some free time throughout the day. Campers will get to participate in the other events taking place in the garden providing it is age appropriate.

Daily Themes

Monday: Plants
Campers will learn about plants and what they do for the habitats they live in.
Tuesday: Insects
Campers will explore the tiny world of insects and why they can be beneficial or a pest for their habitat.
Wednesday: Birds and Snakes
Whether in the air or on the ground, all animals are important to a habitat.  Campers will focus on the birds and snakes in the garden.
Thursday: Gardening
Campers will help out in the Garden to do some planting, harvesting, or weeding and learn some basics about planting a garden.
Friday: Life in the Habitat
Every organism has a role in the habitat.  Campers will see how all these organisms fit together like a puzzle.

Garden Member: $40/day or $180/week
Non-member: $50/day or $230/week
Early Drop-Off starting at 7:30 a.m.
$5/day per child or $20/week

Please Note:
· We provide one afternoon snack for full day camps.  Students will need to provide a morning snack (including drink) and a lunch
· Since this is a day-to-day camp and not all campers will be attending the full week, there will be no graduation on Friday.
