The Garden is open!
Our priority remains the health and safety of our community, and we have implemented new safety measures in accordance with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Alabama Department of Public Health.
We hope that the following FAQ will help provide guidance as we navigate these circumstances together. If you have any questions not addressed here, please contact us via our website.
GARDEN EVENTS AND PROGRAMS
We are closely monitoring the recommendations of the CDC and federal and local officials. As circumstances evolve, we will continue to evaluate the status of all Garden events and on-site programming. Information regarding cancellations and postponements will be shared as it becomes available. Please refer to our website for the latest information.
If you are registered for a program that has been canceled, you will be contacted by email. While we would appreciate you considering your registration fee a donation to support the Garden, we will issue full refunds as needed.
If you are registered for a program that has been postponed, you will be notified by email of the rescheduled date as soon as it is set.
WEDDINGS, PARTIES, AND OTHER HOSTED EVENTS
We are still booking future events! If you are interested in hosting a future event at the Garden, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to reschedule an event, we are offering all rental clients the opportunity to do so, subject to availability. Please email email@example.com.
If you wish to reschedule a child’s birthday party, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For questions about canceling or rescheduling your field trip, please contact our Education Department at email@example.com.
