Cooking with Herbs
May 10 @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am

About the Class:
Fresh Herb Green Sauce (All-Natural & Homemade)
Get ready to dig in—literally and deliciously! This class will introduce families to the joys of growing herbs at home, with a hands-on demonstration and a fresh recipe you can try in your own kitchen.
We’ll be making a vibrant homemade green sauce featuring fresh mint and cilantro—packed with bold, herbaceous flavor and made entirely from natural ingredients (no artificial sweeteners, colors, or added sugars).
Perfect as a dip for crispy fried chicken, a drizzle for rice, a salad dressing, or a spread for sandwiches and toast, this versatile sauce adds a bright, zesty twist to everyday meals. Whether you’re growing herbs in a backyard bed or a windowsill pot, this class will show you how to make the most of your harvest.
