Landscape Design 101
May 3 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

About this Class
Learn how to approach designing your home landscape: this class will give an overview of the process of residential landscape design and demonstrate some different tools to use to create a landscape plan for your home, including overlays to identify how you use (or will use) the space you have, consider tweaks to make maintenance easier, effectively enhance or camouflage views, and how to select plants while aligning them with a purpose.
This class will give you the tools and concepts to confidently plan your outdoor space and develop it into your own personal sanctuary. Following the presentation, participants can begin a functional diagram and/or concept plan for one area they want to design under expert guidance.
If you wish to participate in the workshop, be sure to bring an 11×17″ plat or Google Maps print out of the property.
