Bring art to life indoors with plants! Did you know some plants don’t even need soil to survive? It’s true! Come learn how to mount plants such as air plants, bromeliads, and orchids to create beautiful pieces of art while expanding your indoor plant knowledge. All participants will create a wooden mount with plants to take home.

This class will take place in person at the Huntsville Botanical Garden. Location information will be provided via email the week of the program.

Instructor Bio: 
As the Cultivated Areas Supervisor at Huntsville Botanical Garden, Colby Creel provides support through ground maintenance, education, and garden design.  Throughout his life he has always had a passion for horticulture. He continues to grow his knowledge of cultivation at the garden and is enthusiastic about sharing his expertise. He carries over his love of plants by practicing bonsai and delving into the world of tropical plants.
