Enjoy learning how to make and can salsa from fresh tomatoes and peppers! We will show you various ways to prepare the ingredients including different techniques for peeling tomatoes! Yes, there’s more than one way! Learn the steps it takes to properly can salsa using a pressure cooker and the water bath method. During class everyone will have the opportunity to taste test a few homemade recipes while munching on chips with a refreshing margarita! Each participant will take home a pint of homemade salsa and recipes for the salsas sampled during class.
