Thursday Night Dinners at the Garden


Clementine's Dinner at the Garden series begins in April and will be every 4th Thursday of the month through August. Join us for delicious family style meals made from Alabama's good eats! Wine and beer pairings will also be available at dinner. The vegetable, salad, and dessert selections will vary according to produce "growin' on".

Thursday, April 25th - South Alabama Seafood Buffet
Gumbo, crab cakes, boiled shrimp and cocktail sauce, fried oysters, stuffed snapper, stuffed crabs, chicken fingers, pasta primavera, salad bar, fresh Alabama veggies and tempting dessert selections.

Thursday, May 23rd - Tuscany Buffet
Fresh heirloom tomatoes and Alabama's own Belle Chèvre cheese with balsamic vinaigrette, antipasto display with olives, tapenades, genoa salamis, crusty homemade breads made from Falls Mills ground wheat, eggplant parmesan, Tuscan baked snapper, cioppino, clams sautéed with white wine over linguine, veal parmesan, new potatoes tossed with olive oil and lemon, plus fabulous dessert selections.

Thursday, June 27th - Summer's Bounty Buffet
She crab soup, Alabama shrimp and Falls Mills ground grits, fried Alabama catfish and chicken fingers, marinated grilled flank steak, scalloped potatoes, assorted vegetables featuring Alabama produce in season, salad buffet and divine dessert selections.

Thursday, July 25th - Home Grown Dinner Buffet
Cold cucumber soup, watermelon and goat cheese salad with balsamic vinaigrette, fresh Alabama veggies such as field peas, lima beans, fresh corn casserole, squash casserole and mashed potatoes, fried chicken, smoked pork tenderloin, sliced beef loin, salad bar and refreshing dessert selections.

Thursday, August 22nd - Goodbye to Summer Buffet
Gazpacho with pickled shrimp, fresh summer's harvest salad bar, sliced beef tenderloin with béarrnaise, stuffed chicken with artichoke and sundried tomato, grilled salmon with fresh Pico de Gallo, grilled summer vegetables, baby new potatoes and enticing desserts selections.
